Holly
Holly is our built-in AI agent. Holly is available to chat about your data or to use as a search engine.
But Holly also continuously reviews your data and customer feedback; identifying issues and reviewing activity. Holly will alert you when things happen that need your attention; either by raising events to the Activity log or raising Make it right tickets when customers express frustration that may need addressing.
In addition, Holly produces regular reports summarising the state of your business and customer feedback.
Holly self-configures, but you can adjust how it behaves in your account Settings pages.
How does Holly work?
Holly is an autonomous AI agent that can be interacted with in real time, as well as operating automatically behind the scenes on a continuous basis.
Holly's core engine is based around a robust logic engine with rules, heuristics and multiple AI models. Action is triggered as new data enters the platform, and as time passes (i.e. to a regular schedule).
Our whole platform is built atop a robust vectorized AI-native database where most AI logic happens in-app or in-database for maximum flexibility & performance - plus access to externally hosted LLMs via HuggingFace.
Holly is not a "GPT wrapper".

Tips
Holly Ai needs you to be specific with your questions to make sure that the powerful analytics engine actions the task that you’d really like to see executed.
We’ve listed some guidelines below to help you. These guidelines will help your interactions with Holly Ai have clarity and consistency!
Many of our users like to ask questions about the whole data set, and more specifically, about the information that is being viewed on screen at that moment in time. Holly Ai will answer general questions quickly and easily using all your data to inform the responses.
In the case of these specific questions relating to data shown on screen you need to be precise with your questions.
Successful question phrases explicitly reference the UI ("screen," "page," "UI"), use clear action verbs ("analyze," "review"), and focus on data within the current context. By following these suggestions, you can ensure the AI correctly interprets their intent to analyze UI data.
In short...
Be specific. The best way to help Holly answer your question is to be super specific about what you're looking for. E.g. if you're asking about information shown on screen, include "on screen" or that "I am looking at".
Don't be too chatty Don't worry, Holly won't be offended. Best to just stay concise and to the point.
